Learning Environment
Le centre de formation BEAL a été conçu pour créer un environnement qui favorise à la fois l’apprentissage et le confort. Grâce à des locaux modernes et entièrement équipés, nous offrons un cadre idéal pour développer les compétences des professionnels travaillant en hauteur.
The training space is thoughtfully arranged to maximize efficiency, with dedicated areas for theory, practice, and relaxation. Every aspect of the center is designed with your comfort in mind, offering features such as a relaxing lounge. Participants also have access to lockers, changing rooms with showers, ensuring a seamless, convenient training experience. Whether you are attending a training session or a refresher course, you will benefit from a welcoming, functional environment designed to meet all your expectations.
Comfort
Our training center is designed to allow each trainee to fully focus on their learning, without any distractions or time wasted. A full catering service (meals and snacks) is provided to simplify the organization, and the center is conveniently located near an airport, train station, and highway access.
In partnership with local hotels, we also offer tailored accommodation options, ensuring that participants can stay completely focused on achieving their IRATA certification.
Friendliness
Since breaks are essential in an intensive training program, we have created warm, well-equipped relaxation areas that encourage interaction among trainees while providing an ideal environment to unwind. Additionally, our partnerships with local providers, such as a climbing gym and a bar for friendly afterworks, help maintain a balance between learning, comfort, and conviviality.

What's IRATA
IRATA, the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association, is the global leading organization for rope access. Founded in the late 1980s in the United Kingdom, it was initially created to address the maintenance needs of the offshore oil and gas industry. Today, IRATA has trained over 100,000 rope access technicians and has more than 400 members worldwide

A complete training program
RATA training for Levels 1, 2, and 3 spans five days and combines theoretical sessions, practical exercises, and a final assessment. This intensive program ensures rapid and robust skill development.
BEAL has entrusted the supervision of these sessions to some of the most renowned trainers in the IRATA network, known for their exceptional teaching skills. Every detail is designed to maximize the trainees' chances of success.
